Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Sales person was exceptional to work with. His name was Leighton Maurer and I highly suggest you ask for him by name when you go to dealership. Young honest man. The kind of dude you wouldn't mind your daughter dating.

First things first, Angelove is a pro. At no point was she high-pressure. She answered every question she could and when she didn't know, she found us the answers. She's a great, fair negotiator and we walked away VERY happy. She even let us bring our pup in while we worked out a deal!

I was looking for a used Subaru and of course checked out the Janesville branch. Hailey Huffman was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable in the product and most helpful in sharing the qualities of the car I was looking at. But she also was respectful and not too pushy, which is always a turnoff for me. It was great doing business with her, highly recommend!! Jeff Mazur, the GM, is rightfully proud of their Service Dept. and made sure I was able to see the bay and meet the team. Time well spent and they have won my business!!

A friend of mine suggested I try Janesville Subaru as he had had such a positive experience there. He was right. I had been looking for a small SUV and had looked at Rav4, CRV, Tucson, Forester, and Outback. After doing research I decided on the Outback. My friend went on a test drive and I tried out Janesville Subaru too. After my ecperience tbere I decided to buy my Outback there. Hailey Huffman is my salesperson, and really knows her product. Despite the distance (I live an hour away) I bought from Janesville Subaru. The price was great, and they offered incentives as well. The process was direct and efficient with no pressure or come ons as in some other dealerships. Hailey introduced me to her management, the service and parts departments and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the purchase and follow-on care at Janesville Subaru. I had Leighton as my salesman and I was very happy with him. He explained everything clearly, he made sure I got the exact car I wanted, he was very kind, and I could tell he really enjoyed his job. I will definitely be a return customer of Leighton's, highly recommend!

While the Brand New 2024 Subaru Outback I purchased at another dealer seems to be nothing better than a lemon, the Janesville dealer has been the absolute best in helping diagnose the cars issues, repair then and have been amazing with explain what is going on and my options. While I'm not happy i have seen them A LOT with only 7,000 miles on my car, I am very pleased with how amazing each and every one of them have been and they have worked around my schedule and have always provided other means of transportation while my car is our for repairs.
